HireAway has a great culture that motivates employees to be involved in our social program, town hall events, and community services. We maintain an employee fund that is used for activities centered around the theme of inclusion and feeling a part of something. This fund is also used for loans and the unforeseen events when people need help and a show of compassion. The employee fund comes from a percentage of your fees and is an important part of maintaining a positive workplace environment and attrition.
For example, we recently brought in massage therapists from the Blind institute for the evening shift. Great community participation and employee benefit.
