Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of products and selling platform policies
  • Can handle calls (inbound, outbound, and irate customers).
  • Manage customer orders and requests
  • Product visibility: Conduct ongoing research to evaluate and improve performance, trends, and keyword optimization
  • Drive traffic and improve organic ranking, ads ranking, and conversion
  • Analyze and report progress against campaign goals
  • Develop strategies for generating product reviews

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Familiar with handling channels such as Airbnb, Expedia, etc.
  • Answer phones and assist customers in making, altering, or canceling reservations
  • Respond to emails with reservation information, confirmations, and additional details
  • Advise customers regarding ongoing promotions or available upgrades that may enhance their experience
  • Answer questions regarding rooms, facilities, rates, and events
  • Accurately record customer information and charge credit cards upon successful reservations
  • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer proficiency and email communication skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to resolve customer issues

Experience:

  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience working in public relations or sales, ideally in the hospitality or even travel industries.
